Mental Health Counseling

“Going to a counselor or therapist when you are sad or overwhelmed should be as normal as going to the doctor when you have the flu.”

Life is beautiful, but it can also be hard. And when it gets hard, it’s helpful to share your experiences by connecting with and receiving support from others. Whatever thoughts or feelings may be creating discomfort for you, I welcome you to share them with me. I tailor my therapeutic approach to fit each client individually; drawing primarily from positive psychology, cognitive-behavioral theory, acceptance theory, mindfulness practice, and nutrition and movement coaching.

Whether you are experiencing symptoms of clinical anxiety or depression or struggling with a major transition or finding balance in your life, we can work together to understand, manage, and overcome the obstacles keeping you from mental wellness.

Insurances accepted: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Tufts, United Healthcare, Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare, and Optum.
